Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains your rights when cancelling your CreatorBolt subscription and when you may be entitled to a refund. It is provided by Rebuild Labs® Ltd and is governed by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and applicable UK consumer law.
1. Cancellation
You may cancel your CreatorBolt subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have full access to the service until that date, and you will not be charged for any subsequent billing period.
Cancelling your subscription does not automatically delete your account or your data. If you wish to have your data deleted, please contact us at [email protected] after cancelling.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds in the following circumstances:
Unused Service — 3 Business Days
If you have subscribed to CreatorBolt and have not used the service (i.e., you have not created any content, scheduled any posts, or connected any social accounts), you may request a full refund within 3 business days of your payment date. To request a refund under this provision, contact us at [email protected] with your account email and payment reference.
Faulty or Misdescribed Service — 14 Days
If CreatorBolt is materially faulty or significantly not as described on our website, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of your payment date. To qualify, you must:
- Contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of payment.
- Provide a clear description of the fault or discrepancy.
- Provide supporting evidence such as screenshots or screen recordings demonstrating the issue.
We will review your request within 5 business days and respond with our decision. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
3. Digital Content and the 14-Day Statutory Right
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, consumers ordinarily have a 14-day right to cancel digital content purchases. However, this right is waived once the digital content has been supplied and you have acknowledged that you lose this cancellation right upon supply commencing.
By subscribing to CreatorBolt and actively using the service (including accessing the dashboard, creating content, or connecting social accounts), you acknowledge that supply has commenced and you waive the 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, as permitted by those regulations for digital content.
This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed services, as described in Section 2 above.
4. Free Trial
CreatorBolt offers a 14-day free trial for new accounts. No charge is made during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will convert to a paid plan and billing will commence. Refund requests for trial-to-paid conversions are subject to the terms in Section 2.
5. Bank Transfer Payments
For subscriptions paid by bank transfer, refunds will be issued by bank transfer to the account from which payment was made. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval.
6. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- The service has been actively used and the 3-business-day unused window has passed.
- The refund request is made more than 14 days after payment (except where statutory rights apply).
- The account has been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
- The request is for a partial month of service after cancellation (subscriptions run to the end of the billing period).
7. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable UK consumer protection legislation. If you believe you have a statutory right to a remedy that is not addressed in this policy, please contact us at [email protected].
8. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at [email protected] with:
- Your full name and account email address
- Your payment reference or transaction ID
- The reason for your refund request
- Any supporting evidence (screenshots, etc.) if applicable
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and provide a decision within 5 business days.
