5. Social Media Platform Integration

CreatorBolt allows you to connect third-party social media accounts. By connecting these accounts, you:

• Authorise CreatorBolt to access and publish content to those accounts on your behalf using the permissions you grant
• Represent that you have the authority to grant such access and that doing so does not violate any third-party platform's terms of service
• Acknowledge that CreatorBolt is not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms, including account suspension or content removal

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of CreatorBolt complies with the terms and policies of each connected social media platform, including Meta's Terms of Service and Instagram's Terms of Use.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Publish spam, misleading, or deceptive content
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Harass, abuse, or harm any individual or group
• Distribute malware or engage in phishing
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Use the Service for any purpose that violates the terms of connected social media platforms

7. Content Ownership and Licence

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or publish through the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant CreatorBolt a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, and transmit Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You are solely responsible for Your Content and represent that you have all necessary rights to publish it through the Service.

8. AI-Generated Content

CreatorBolt uses artificial intelligence to generate content suggestions. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your purposes
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publishing
• CreatorBolt is not liable for any consequences arising from publishing AI-generated content

9. Subscription and Payments

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on our pricing page. All payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
